Other fault reports are accepted at the mail address support(at)besico.ch. In case of a support case, please provide us with the following information:
- Short description of the incident
- Customer name with contact details
- Severity of the fault, expected response time
- Detailed description of the incident
- Who or what is affected?
- Since when has the issue occured?
- Does the disturbance still exist?
- Please provide a single case with a name, personal or id number and time of the problem, ideally with a picture of the issue
